A good new year's resolution for your brain
Today's New York Times contains a fascicnating op-ed piece by noted neurologist, Oliver Sacks, This Year, Change Your Mind.
Here is Dr. Sack's New Year's resolution:
New Year’s resolutions often have to do with eating more healthfully, going to the gym more, giving up sweets, losing weight — all admirable goals aimed at improving one’s physical health.
