Washinton Redskins Invite 500 High School Coaches to Concussion Forum

The Washington Redskins are inviting 500 area high school football coaches to a concussion forum during a minicamp next month.

According to Redskins general manager Bruce Allen the team has sent letters to coaches in Washington, Maryland and Virginia, asking them to attend an April 17 practice during new head coach Mike Shanahan's first minicamp and participate in an information session about concussions.

What a great idea.  Hopefully more teams will follow this example and establish their own concussion forums.
