Returning TBI Vets to Work: A New Web Site

Vocational rehabilitation following a traumatic brain injury and return to work issues cause a great deal of frustration in all survivors of traumatic brain damage.

A new web site has been launched by the U.S. Department of Labor entitled "Welcome to America's Heroes at Work" that focuses on the employment challenges of returning service members living with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and/or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

The site is designed for employers and the workforce development system and provides information and tools to help returning service members affected by TBI and/or PTSD succeed in the workplace - particularly service members returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.
