Disgraceful Treatment of Brain Injury Survivors at Walter Reed Medical Center

Today's Washington Post contains a damming article on the way brain injury survivors and combat veteran's with other injuries are being treated by the military at Walter Reed Medical Center.

If a brain injury rehabilitation facility in New York State treated persons who have sustained brain injury in this manner, I would bet that the Health Department would pull their license.  Without a doubt, I would be suing them. So how does our federal government get away with care that is grossly negligent?
