Support for Brain Injury Awareness Month Designation Needed

The House of Representatives has passed legislation that expresses support for the Brain Injury Association of America's designation of March as National Brain Injury Awareness Month.

The legislation, Concurrent Resolution 99, also expresses the need for enhanced public awareness of traumatic brain injury.

A similar measure, Concurrent Resolution 20 sponsored by Sen. Thad Cochran (R-MS), awaits action in the United States Senate. Please contact your Senator and ask for his or her support of this important legislation.
