Brain Injury Advocacy Day in Washington D.C.

The Brain Injury Association of America has scheduled a series of events the week of March 14, 2005 in Washington D.C. designed to eduate public policy makers on the issues facing the brain injury community and the importance of appropriating funds for the Traumatic Brain Injury Act.

The schedule is:

March 14th 2005  2:00-4:00 P.M. Wyndham Washington Hotel:

"Impacting Support for Brain Injury at the Federal and State Level"

March 15th, 2005  7:00-9:00 P.M. : Location to be announced

Congressional Reception to meet and network with staff and members of congress who serve on the Congressional TBI Task Force. 

March 17th, 2005:  Capital Hill

"Brain Injury Association of America Hill Day"  Congressional lobbying day to educate elected officals about traumatic brain injury and the importance of the TBI Act.
