California Walk for Brain Injury Event
The Brain Injury Association of California (BIACAL) has teamed up with a variety of nonprofit organizations that provide local programs and services to persons with brain injury, and together, will host the 6th
Annual Statewide Walk for Brain Injury during the months of March, April and May.
Events are scheduled for: Fresno on March 2nd and San Francisco - March 3rd
These walks achieve numerous laudable goals including:
• Raise awareness of brain injury and the needs for persons who have sustained an
injury.
• Provide information and resources on the local, state and federal level.
• Provide prevention information and materials.
• Raise critical funds for BIACAL and the local nonprofit host organizations. BIACAL has established a generous profit sharing opportunity for each host organization which allows them to continue to
provide vital programs and services in their communities.
