HBO Newsmagazine Seeking Information on High School Football Players With Long Term Disability Following Concussions

HBO's news magazine Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel is researching a story on concussions and football in High School and Middle School age players.  They are looking to interview players and family members of players who suffered long term disability following game related concussions.
