Invitation to Deliver Talk on Opening Statements in Brain Injury Cases
I am pleased to have been invited to deliver an important talk on opening statements in the trial of a traumatic brain injury case at the North American Brain Injury Society's 20th Annual Legal Conference to be held on September 27-29, 2007, at the Westin Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas. You can obtain more information on this conference by going to the NABIS web site.
In the past I have been honored to speak to this group as well as other groups on topics including ethical considerations in representing victims of brain injury; cross examination of medical experts in brain damage cases; the use of demonstrative evidence during the trial of a brain injury case; the use of medical literature to prove your client's brain injury and the public's perception of traumatic brain injury.
I have always enjoyed teaching and lecturing at brain injury association seminars, legal seminars and health care meetings on important areas and aspects of traumatic brain injury.
Assisting brain injury victims and their families has been and continues to be a significant portion of my legal practice, my professional life and my own personal passion. My devotion to this cause has never wavered and I am now at liberty to dedicate time to sharing my years of knowledge and experience with others in a pro bono capacity.
If you are interested in my participating in a program with your staff or organization at no cost, please do not hesitate to contact me.
