TBI Trust Funds: Improving the Quality of Life For Persons With a Brain Injury
Any one concerned with public funding for traumatic brain injury programs, brain injury resources and brain injury information programs should tune into the Webcast entitled "TBI Trust Funds: Issues in Startup and Management scheduled for May 19, 2005 and sponsored by the National Association of State Head Injury Administrators. Participants will discuss the challenges of planning, starting and managing a trust fund that benefits individuals with brain injury.
Every state brain injury association should look into the creation of a state trust fund as a funding source for programs to improve the quality of life for persons with brain injury, their family and friends and programs to improve public awareness of brain injury as well as important brain trauma prevention programs.
